Time can be purchased in one
hour increments for $160/hour.  If
you purchase two hours of support
($320), we’ll give you a third hour
for FREE!  You can pay directly with
a credit card through the button on
the left.  Or, if you prefer to pre-pay
via company check, we can
arrange to email you an invoice.  
After your purchase, the time is
credited to your account.

Any unused time is banked for
future support incidents. To

training, the Oakpointe staff will
travel to your place of business
to work hands-on with you and
your employees.  The
engagement is completely
tailored to your specifications.  
For DBA Classic users with
routine questions or problems,
consider our email support
subscription.  Your credit card will
be charged $39.95 each month,
giving you unlimited
access to email support with
Oakpointe’s experts.  You may
cancel the subscription at
any time by simply emailing us at
admin@oakpointeconsulting.com.
We do request 30 days advance
notice for cancellations.
