Our support rates are $160 per hour and cover all of the services mentioned above. This breaks down to about $2.66/minute, which is quite competitive for this type of service. To get started, you must purchase at least one hour of support time ($160). However, once purchased, we will bill per minute with a 15 minute minimum per call.
